Sweet Corn

Sweet Corn

We grow super sweet corn that is harvested while the kernels are still sweet, and milky, and not at all starchy.  Because we harvest our corn at this early stage people enjoy eating our corn raw on the cob.  It's also nice likely cooked, with an herb or garlic butter or roasted and shaved off the cob to add to dishes.

Nutrition:  Sweet corn contains good levels of carotenoids, vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, folic acid and healthy amounts of important minerals like zinc, magnesium, copper, iron, and manganese.
