Mizuna

The taste of mizuna can be described as mildly peppery with a subtle earthiness.  It's a wonderful addition to salads, stir-fried, pickled, added to soups and hot pot dishes.

 

Nutrition: Mizuna greens are packed with vitamin C, iron and folate that are extremely vital for good health.  Mizuna also contains powerful antioxidants known as glucosinolates that have are cancer protective.
